Refund Policy
Yoga Classes;
All classes which are booked and paid for in advance are non-refundable.
At owner’s discretion, a transfer for date or time of class may be offered however it is not guaranteed.
Classes which are booked and paid for and not attended are non-refundable. At owner’s discretion, a transfer for date or time of class may be offered however it is not guaranteed.
1-1 services including massage, coaching, clinical supervision, yoga;
Full payment is required at the point of booking
If payment is not received 48 hours prior to the service appointment time, then the booking will be cancelled and any part payment/deposit made is non-refundable.
Deposits to 1-1 services including block bookings are non-refundable.
Cancellation & Transfer Terms;
Cancellation 7+ days before the appointment:
100% refund of the service fee (deposit remains non‑refundable), or transfer to a new date/time.
Cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours before the appointment:
50% refund of the service fee (deposit remains non‑refundable).
Cancellation less than 48 hours before the appointment:
No refund. The full service fee is payable.
Non‑attendance:
No refund. Full service fee applies.
Discretionary Exceptions:
The owner may, in cases of extenuating circumstances, offer a transfer only.
No refunds will be issued beyond those outlined above.
Bespoke service contracts:
Bespoke contracts will include their own cancellation and refund terms.
Refunds for services already delivered are not possible.
Gift vouchers:
Gift vouchers are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All gift vouchers have a 6 month validity from the date of issue unless otherwise stated on the certificate.
Vouchers may be transferred to another service up to the value printed on the certificate.
If the new service is lower in value, no refund will be issued for the difference.
If the new service is higher in value, the difference is payable at booking.
Services booked using a gift voucher that are not attended are non‑refundable.
Transfers may be offered in exceptional circumstances at the owner’s discretion, and must be agreed in advance and in writing.
