An Inclusive Approach to Modern Yoga

Our classes create moments for mindful movement, breath, and quiet contemplation - designed for those looking to step beyond simply fitness in their wellbeing and health.

Each session is thoughtfully designed; tailored instruction with considerate sequencing, adapted to where the individuals are in the moment allowing space for everyone to be curious, compassionate and explore presence over performance.

Steph is an excellent yoga teacher. She's very attentive to the needs and ability of the class.

As someone who is not very flexible I really like her ethos about yoga being comfortable and understanding what works best for your own body.
